Spring Menu

 

Shared Entrees

*Garlic and Herb Bread with a cheesy topping and reduced balsamic drizzle.  $7.00

*Garlic and Herb Cobb loaf with balsamic reduction and fragrant olive oil. $9.00

*Sliders – 2x Crispy Pork sliders with pickled vegetables, chilli, coriander and lime aioli.  2 x trio of cheese crusted chicken breast slider with slaw and Dijonaise. $18.00 (Awesome to share but amazing to have on your own)

Entrees

*Pan seared scallops on a bed of pea puree with crispy pancetta pieces and finished with a smooth lemon and fresh herb butter sauce.  $12.00 GF

*Sweet potato, fetta and caramelised onion tart on rocket with a sticky balsamic and brown sugar reduction. $10.00 E $20.00 M GF

 

Mains

*Roasted Pumpkin, pine nut, fetta and spinach fettuccine finished in a garlic cream reduction. $18.00

*Chicken breast roulade- Chicken Breast filled with cream cheese and spring onions wrapped in prosciutto poached then oven baked and served with Hassel back potatoes, roasted herbed cherry tomatoes, seared greens and finished with a white wine cream reduction. $24.00 GF

*Beef short ribs marinated and slow cooked in a honey BBQ sauce, served with loaded sweet potato fries (imagine bacon pieces, sour cream and shallots on your fries) and slaw. $29.00 GF

*Chilli, lemon and coriander crumbed Barramundi on a seasonal tossed salad and sweet potato fries and lemon mayonnaise. $24.00 DF

*Barkers Creek Pork cutlet on turmeric potatoes, beans and carrots and finished with spiced apple puree and apple balsamic reduction. $28.00 GF, DF

*300g rib fillet with chips or potato and salad or seasonal vegetables. Served with your choice of sauce. $34.00Honey BBQ GF, Pepper and red wine sauce GF, Mushroom sauce. GF

*Chines five spice marinated duck breast on a potato puree with  pan seared greens and finished with an orange glaze. $25.50 Gf

 

Dessert

*Deconstructed lemon meringue tart- Lemon done three ways in a white chocolate shell, served with crumbled short crust base, white chocolate ganache and meringues. GF $12.00

*Cherry ripe mash up- Dark chocolate base with cherry and coconut filling finished with a pliable chocolate ganache topping, served with coconut rough, sour cherry puree and toasted coconut flakes. GF $12.00

*Apple cinnamon spring rolls with house made coconut ice cream and vanilla bean syrup. DF $10.00

*Maple bacon and caramelized banana on a freshly made waffle with salted caramel ice cream and maple syrup. $10.00
